I needed to sell 2 properties in Compton, and I live in Topanga. I received a flyer from Leo Nordine offering his services. My son is a licensed real estate sales person, but he was living in Europe. He researched Leo and said it looked like he knew the area. I talked to Leo on the phone and decided to sign with him. He and Marjorie, his assistant, were amazing! They were ALWAYS available to answer questions and deal with every detail. Leo got two offers within about a week. He dealt with the current tenants , the buyers and all my family members who were involved via emails, phone calls, FAXES and mail, and I didn’t ever have to leave home. I am 78 years old and didn’t want to go to Compton or have to deal with any difficult details; I made the right choice when I gave the job to Leo Nordine. He took care of EVERYTHING smoothly, honestly and professionally. If I could mark 10 stars for Leo and Marjorie I would. They are amazing.
